How do Rennie Deflatine Chewable Tablets work?
Rennie Deflatine Chewable tablets work by gently dispersing the bubbles of gas that cause the embarrassing symptoms of trapped wind, such as bloating, gurgling, and flatulence.
It has been formulated with simeticone, a highly effective ingredient in treating trapped wind which works gently on trapped air bubbles to lessen embarrassment.
This product also has Rennie’s antacid properties to neutralise the excess acid which causes symptoms of indigestion and heartburn.

Rennie Deflatine Tablets Contain Three Active Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate And Magnesium Carbonate, Which Are Both Antacids, And Simeticone, Which Is An Anti-Foaming Agent.
Stomach Acid Is Produced In The Stomach As A Normal Part Of The Digestive Process, But Too Much Can Cause Symptoms Such As Heartburn, Indigestion And Wind. The Antacids In Rennie Deflatine Work By Binding To And Neutralising Excess Stomach Acid, Which Helps To Relieve The Pain And Discomfort. Antacids Work As Soon As They Reach The Stomach.
Simeticone Reduces The Amount Of Trapped Wind In The Gut By Bringing Together All The Small Bubbles Of Gas That Can Get Trapped Among The Stomach Contents. This Forms Large Bubbles That Are More Easily Expelled By Burping Or Passing Wind. It Helps To Relieve Abdominal Pain And Bloating Associated With A Build Up Of Trapped Gas In The Stomach Or Intestines. Simeticone Works Locally In The Gut And Is Not Absorbed Into The Bloodstream.

Rennie Deflatine chewable Tablets is recommended for Trapped wind
Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: 1 or 2 tablets to be sucked or chewed, as required, up to a maximum of 11 tablets in 24 hours. Suitable for use in pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Prolonged use should be avoided.
If symptoms persist after 14 days consult your pharmacist or doctor.
Children under 12: Not recommended.
