Bio-Kult Advanced Multi-Strain Formula Capsules is a unique multispecies, multi-strain probiotic supplement with 14 strains of beneficial bacteria. The beneficial bacteria in Bio-Kult are cryoprotected during the freeze drying process, which gives two main benefits:

What is Live Bacteria?
Bio-Kult Advanced Multi-Strain Formula Capsules contain live bacteria to complement the existing gut flora naturally present in a healthy person’s digestive system. There are trillions of microorganisms including different types of bacteria that live in our gut – the gut microbiome. They reside naturally within your body’s gastrointestinal tract & play an important role in maintaining overall well-being.
Why a multi-strain instead of a single-strain?
Each human being hosts hundreds of different bacterial strains in their gut. A multi-strain supplement is thought to more closely replicate the different strains within the human gut.
What is ‘gut dysbiosis’?
Sometimes, the balance of bacteria in your gut can become imbalanced from things such as ill health, poor diet and/or antibiotics (which can kill off the necessary bacteria in your system), resulting in something called ‘gut dysbiosis’.

How To Use
Directions for use:
1 – 2 capsules once or twice daily with food. If taking two or more capsules daily, you may wish to split the dose between two meals.
Bio-Kult is a completely safe probiotic, has no contraindications and carries no risk of overdose.
Bio-Kult probiotic capsules can be pulled apart and the contents sprinkled on to food, mixed in a drink or swallowed whole.
If you are taking antibiotics:
Take 4 capsules daily, ideally at a different time of the day from the antibiotics.
Continue taking for at least 2 weeks after completition of the antibiotic course
For travellers:
2 weeks before travel follow guidelines for general use.
During travel take 4 capsules daily.
Continue to take for at least 2 weeks following the end of travel
Children:
Children under 12 – half adult dose.

Bio-Kult Infantis has been scientifically developed, an advanced formula for babies, toddlers and young children. Each sachet contains 7 live bacterial strains, which are proven to survive the high acidity of stomach acid, plus DHA and EPA which are high in Omega 3 fatty acids. Bio-Kult Infantis also includes Preplex (FOS and gum acacia). Vitamin D3 (natural source of Vitamin D) is also added to contribute to the normal function of the immune system, as well as regulating a healthy inflammatory response.
Bio-Kult Infantis does not need to be refrigerated and is suitable to be taken by babies, toddlers and young children as an introduction to the Bio-Kult range, alongside antibiotics, when travelling and as part of a healthy diet. Bio-Kult Infantis is sugar free, free of artificial colours or preservatives. Bio-Kult Infantis sachets can be sprinkled onto food or mixed with a drink.
