Hycosan Extra Eye Drops – Preservative Free, 7.5ml
Hycosan Extra Eye Drops contains 0.2% Hyaluronic Acid, which makes it four times more viscous than regular Hycosan eye drops. This increase in viscosity means that the eye drops will last longer, making them ideal for people with more severe cases of Dry Eye.
If you suffer from dry eye, you know how frustrating it can be. Your eyes feel irritated and scratchy, and it’s difficult to keep them lubricated. ordinary artificial tears just don’t seem to work. But there’s hope – Hycosan Extra Eye Drops has been formulated with 0.2% Hyaluronic Acid, which is four times more viscous than regular Hycosan. This increase in viscosity allows a subsequent increase in duration of action, making Hycosan Extra ideal for more severe cases of Dry Eye. With its long-lasting lubrication, Hycosan Extra can help you get relief from the symptoms of dry eye so that you can feel comfortable again.

What is Dry Eyes?
You can get dry eyes if you do not make enough tears or your tears dry up quickly.
You may be more likely to get dry eyes if:
you’re over the age of 50
you wear contact lenses
you look at computer screens for a long time without a break
you spend time in air conditioned or heated environments
it’s windy, cold, dry or dusty
you smoke or drink alcohol
you take certain medicines (for example, some antidepressants or blood pressure medicines)
Many people get dry eyes. It’s not usually serious and there are things you can do to help.
You may have dry eyes if your eyes are:
itchy
sore
gritty
red
blurry
sensitive to light
more watery than normal

Gently squeeze 1-2 drops into each eye, use as often as required.
Do not allow the tip of the dropper to touch the eye.
Hycosan eye drops can be used as frequently as required. Normally three applications per day is sufficient. They are suitable for long term use as long as there is no underlying medical condition.

Can be used for 6 months after the first opening.
Hycosan should not be used at the same time as ophthalmic drugs. If you have to apply medication to the eye please wait for about 30 minutes before applying Hycosan.
