Convenient Sachets: Dissolve sachets into hot water and sip while hot for nighttime cold and flu relief. Take every four hours while symptoms persist.

Alcohol-Free Cold And Flu Powder: This product contains no alcohol or gluten. Paracetamol is also included in these sachets to relieve pain by reducing the sensitized nerve endings so that when that area is stimulated it causes pain.
Directions. How to take: For oral use. Pour one sachet of powder into a mug and fill with hot, but not boiling, water. Stir until dissolved. If preferred, sweeten to taste with sugar, honey or your usual sweetener. How much to take: Adults and children 12 years and over: 1 sachet every 4 to 6 hours as required.
