Nytol Original 25mg Tablets, 20 Tablets

Nytol Nytol Original 25mg Tablets is used to relieve temporary sleeping difficulties.

Nytol Original is a clinically proven sleep aid that can help relieve temporary sleeplessness and lull you into your regular sleep rhythm.

What is Nytol Original 25mg Tablets?

Nytol Original 25mg Tablets is a clinically proven sleep aid that helps you drift off, sleep soundly and wake up refreshed after a full night’s sleep. Used to relieve temporary sleeplessness.

How does Nytol Original 25mg Tablets?

Nytol Original contains a commonly used antihistamine called diphenhydramine hydrochloride (trust us it’s easier to use than to say!) It works by blocking the normal actions of histamine, the chemical that stimulates arousal-promoting areas of the brain. This helps reduce alertness and promote that first drowsy stage of sleep, helping you to then drift off into a restful, deeper sleep.

Why should I choose Nytol Original?

Nytol Original may be a good choice for you if you’ve used sleeping aids in the past or are looking for a convenient dose as part of your bedtime routine. Simply taking a single tablet 20 minutes before bed can help you drift off, improving the depth and quality of your sleep.

About problems Sleeping

Insomnia means you regularly have problems sleeping. It usually gets better by changing your sleeping habits.

You have insomnia if you regularly:

  • find it hard to go to sleep
  • wake up several times during the night
  • lie awake at night
  • wake up early and cannot go back to sleep
  • still feel tired after waking up
  • find it hard to nap during the day even though you’re tired
  • feel tired and irritable during the day
  • find it difficult to concentrate during the day because you’re tired

If you have insomnia for a short time (less than 3 months) it’s called short-term insomnia. Insomnia that lasts 3 months or longer is called long-term insomnia.

Everyone needs different amounts of sleep.

On average:

  • adults need 7 to 9 hours
  • children need 9 to 13 hours
  • toddlers and babies need 12 to 17 hours

You probably do not get enough sleep if you’re constantly tired during the day.

The most common causes are:

  • stress, anxiety or depression
  • noise
  • a room that’s too hot or cold
  • uncomfortable beds
  • alcohol, caffeine or nicotine
  • recreational drugs like cocaine or ecstasy
  • jet lag
  • shift work
